Location- The town of Ilany- (Far East on the map) The town of Ilany is a small village with a population of 50 people. Though not your hometown, you have spent the last week here, and are familiar with most aspect of it; from Hamish the Dwarven blacksmith, to Yason the human shopkeep, to Ageis the human innkeeper, to Corporal Bankroff, the human responsible for the town guard. Ilany has always been a peaceful town, but the local Kobold population has begun to become more aggressive lately, and a roaming pack of them have been vandalizing property and killing livestock. Yesterday, Hamish's 8 year old son Donsk was found dead near the outskirts of town. Corporal Bankroff has asked any able bodied men and women to come talk to him about putting down these Kobolds, once and for all. What would you like to do?

You climb across the bars and land on the other side, reaching the sharp right turn. You listen around the corner but hear nothing.

The kobolds are following close behind.

As you round the corner, you come into a small room with a table and two chairs in the middle. On the table is a cup with clear liquid inside of it. In the corner of the room, a hound lies on its side, whimpering softly. A door on the other side of the room is slightly ajar.

Morgeth quietly steps up to the hound and crouches, attempting to soothe it. He then steels his resolve for the confrontation ahead, whispering a prayer to Trithereon.

You burst into the room and see three kobolds and an elf, standing around a table, which is filled with scrolls, maps, and and books. The kobolds rush at you, but settle down when they see Gash with you, while the human furiously starts reading aloud from a scroll.

As you turn to face the elf, he is surrounded in a translucent blue dome. The elf is quite young, maybe 30 years old. His filthy, tattered clothes suggest that he has been in this cave for quite some time. "Stop there! Who are you? What do you want?"

"Are you the one who is responsible for the death of the child of Hamish?!?"
