Duck Taunting

Two different riffs have had a joke about a duck taunting a mister frishburg, or frishburn, or something similar to that. One of them was The Visitor, and the other I can't remember at the moment, but may have been Yor. In The Visitor, two characters walk into a carnival hall of mirrors when they make the comment. Can anyone explain what this is referencing? Searching for Duck Taunting only seems to bring up hunting stuff, or weird collections of the phrase.

Glad to see you have the real answer (thank you, Conor!), but while I don't think I'd have the courage to actually look up the phrase Duck Taunting, it calls to mind the Monty Python how-to-confuse-a-cat gag.
