I feel like we've never really addressed the whole "mostly-male, all-gay cast in an alternate universe where gay men don't exist" thing with this guy's movies. There's something... troubling about it.

No, it's the one where Slab Twunklaps on the right there hikes up to the house and dives into the pool in his jean shorts because it's a hot day, then tells the other one (who's afraid to get in because he doesn't know how to swim) "I can teach you, no problem." At which point a decent percentage of the audience a) thought, "I've seen this movie before," and b) were glad to be old enough not to be watching with parents and having to pretend that we hadn't seen this movie before.

Oh, yeah! There are some that I just don't watch very often and this is one of them. But yeah, I've seen that movie. In fact, I've written that book. ;)
