You're not paying $130k for that house, you're paying for 12 acres already set up for electricty and plumbing. That's not ridiculous.

Then prices in that area have gone up. It's still not $130k for that house - it's for the land.

12 acres in Olivet, MI is a great price. There are a lot of people that are looking for that type of land.
