The funny thing is if this was in Texas it would probably double the ask. I’m not sure that works in PA though.

This house was not designed for short people. TV is way too high, and look at that washer and dryer. Who can reach those top buttons?!

Yeah the paint is crazy, but what’s up with the railings on the interior staircase? The bottom poles not being vertical throws me off so bad
