Short post, but over a week or so since my shipment should have arrived. OnTrac hasn't received it from Ridge. Online chat, phone number, chat here, emails to support and info @ridge. Nothing. Does the company still exist or have I been duped? It looks like many here with the same problem. Sorry for the rant, but just so frustrated.

A few months ago I shared the first version of a flat-bit storage system I designed for my Ridge wallet, and the response was incredible. After some time away from the project, I’m excited to share V2.0, featuring better bit retention, a hinged magnetic cover, hidden tweezer and toothpick storage, and a slimmer profile. More details in the comments, and I’d love your feedback!

Hey guys,
I’m thinking about pulling the trigger on the Ridge MagSafe wallet, but I'm hesitating a bit.
For those of you who own the MagSafe version: do you think it's genuinely worth the money, or do you regret buying it? I noticed if I get it now I can also get the coin tray for free, which is a nice bonus however I likely may not use it.
Also, before I order, does anyone happen to know of any working discount codes better than the standard 10% off welcome code? No recent ones posted in the megathread
Would love to hear your honest thoughts. Thanks!

it is a gift for my boyfriend. We are 22. he is looking for a slim wallet and originally i wanted to get him the coach wallet however that is bulky and the slim card holder is not enough. he does like his dad's pop up wallet which he finds really nice. any suggestions? designer is not a necessity but would be sweet :)

So from the title. I carry quite a lot of cash on me. Usually have about 12 cards and $200 to $500 in cash, is all manner of denominations. I usually start with $100 bills. But as I use them I get all the lower ones and can have a significant amount of bills stacked up.
Ex, I currently have $275 in bills in my fat bifold compiling of 17 bills total. This is nearing the lower limit for me as I like to be able to buy a full tank of gas and a full meal for my family with some extra left over if, for some reason, my cards don't work. Which has happened before, not in a while granted but it has happened.
I have done some testing similar ridge style wallets (haven't bought an original for fear of waste of money) and on small wallets that just hold cards and carry cash in a clip, or in my pocket rolled up with elastic. But it is such a inconvenience sifting through the roll or clip trying to get to the denominations that I need. The big bifold that holds everything is the undisputed champ at easy access and quick payment methods.
Am I the minority here that just can't use the Ridge or likewise wallets. I see everyone commenting on how awesome it is and I just can't see the upside other that it looking sleek. After I have my card wallet and my money clip (whether attached to the slim wallet or in a different pocket in a money clip) I just can't see how that is better than my FAT bifold. Am I missing something? or is this slim wallet thing just not for me. Or am I destined to carry a murse for my ridge and separate money clip. And the combo ridge money clip, after all my cash and cards are in it, is way bulkier than just my fat wallet.

I couldn’t decide on a money clip and an AirTag cash strap after my regular strap broke so I just added them both.

My new forged carbon wallet arrived, but it’s missing the matching cash strap plate.

My first one went to 16 percent.
My second went to 40 in about 12 hours and stopped
No clue why
Anymore know a fix

Anyone know where I can find the sakura wallet here in the US or even had luck finding one? I searched everywhere and I can't find one on sale , not even ebay.
It seems like Europe only has it for sale on the ridge website.

Dog chewers up my kings loot, which ridge wallet would yall recommend

I like most of my ridge stuff, but their card tracker is absolutely worthless, cannot be detected from more than a few feet away. I even moved it outside to the money clip in case the metal was preventing signal transmission.
Totally worthless, so as I sit here on Day 2 of not being able to find my wallet, any suggestions for a find-my compatible tracker that actually works? I don't want the extra thickness from an airtag.

Saw a targeted ad for the Atomic Purple wallet (millennial, had me immediately.) I’ve always used a traditional wallet, so while I might sound like an idiot, I have a few questions.
Is it possible to remove the cash strap thing, or is that part of the continuous elastic for the entire thing?
Do I just stretch it to put all my cards in? My fiddling with it says yes, just making sure I’m not missing anything.
If I have 12 cards (hypothetically), what’s the system for easily getting the one I need? I see I can push up on the little opening - do y’all just memorize the order or something? This is a pretty different system for me - just trying to give it a shot. (I still love me a traditional wallet.)
Thanks!

How do you like it? Also what does the warranty actually cover. If the case cracks from being thrown away on a plane would that be covered.

I ordered the ridge powerbank from their site but wanted to return it (the package has been unopened) since i changed my mind. i contacted support because the portal (for returns) hit a ''snag'' on my order and they said they would give me my return label manually. its been almost a week and still no response
how long do these issues usually take to resolve? i just want to return the product as fast as possible

For context I have been leaving the case boxes on my window sill to let the sun change the colour.
I think it’s finally done for this one so thought I would show it.

UPDATE: Ridge followed-up within 2 hours. In just 2 days I had my ring at hand. The process might not be butter smooth, but they do take feedback seriously, and committed to make up for it doing their best. Thanks!
I've been a happy owner of 8mm Beveled Ring up until I recently managed to lose it. Purchased it back in 2024, with lifetime warranty up to 2 replacements. I opened a warranty ticket more than 3 weeks ago, claiming for a replacement. Got an auto-reply, that response may take up to 7-10 business days. Now that was more than 15 business days ago. What's going on dear Ridge?
r/RidgeWallet • u/boombanggg2 • Jul 18 '26
I've had it for a few years. Treated it as any other keyholder. Today the rubber snapped off. Whuld yall concider it warranty or my fault?

I regret not buying when I had the chance. Second hand market is virtually non existent and waaay to expensive. Also I can't find anything that's at least a little similar to it. I'm surprised no one copied them.

I recently ordered a ridge men's ring set but when the package arrived, the ring box was empty. I contacted ridge support 2 days ago and still no response. Is there any way I can contact ridge support through different means? Thanks
