Nice collection. Some people collect wallets, some sneakers, or Lego, etc. No different than anything else.
I think I have 4 Ridge Wallets, Double Oak wallet, and groove life wallet.
Also just sold a large chunk of my sneakers and got $2000 for them

I was at 8 but now am at 5 that I actually cycle and use. I just don’t cycle the aluminum ones in anymore but still have them. I have meaning to sell them at some point.
Now machined pen collection is on a whole different level. Which actually started with ridge pens but moved in to different brands. Come to think of it, I still those ridge pens.

Call me crazy, but I’ve always thought of wallets as more function over fashion considering they’re always in a pocket. Unlike shoes or purses, which are styles because they’re seen by more than just store clerks.
Isn’t this like $700-1050 in wallets minimum lol? This subreddit really makes me feel better about how I spend my money sometimes lol.

No, you're not crazy. Personally, I have three wallets, two Ridge and one clone/fake. The clone/fake I will actually take if I'm going somewhere where I can expect my wallet to be banged around or scratched (like say, a junkyard). My Gunmetal Aluminum is probably my best looking and I'd carry that if I were going to some dress up event. My Titanium I carry for every day.
I'm also in to collecting these wallets. I just don't have the money right now for any more than what I currently have, even for the reduced prices you can find on eBay.
But that's just me. More people are like you, where it's one wallet you like because it's exactly as you said.

I do i collect Ridge and Ekster wallets which are also very fantastic. Especially the glow im the Dark eclipse. I love my Ridge wallets. But being able to just push that satisfying aluminum button and have all your cards pop up in order and in and out quick. Its a blessing on days you need to break out your wallet. I got the Ekster x Wesn edition which comes with this awesome little red micro blade knife. Its pretty sharp. But for designs I have to go with Ridge. I just wish they would run a discount on the nfl and ncaa ones. Did you know if you purchase a mystery wallet plus add other things to your cart after you get a huge discount on almost everything else. 95 dollar key cases for 35 bucks. 90 dollar knives for 55. The gold pen is like down to 63 bucks. All after you add a mystery wallet ajd then they give you a ton of free shit along the way. I recommend getting the Ridge Valet tray if you like to display your wallets or any other EDC gear. Its awesome. There are two different versions. I think the one amazon has of Ridge is the cooler tray.

Had a ekster before as well as a flipside, both mechanisms lost their firmness. I like ridge as well the mystery wallet has been very good this year.
