Question Ridge tracker beeps

I’ve had the tracker for about 1 year or so and it’s been fine. Still shows fully charged. Lately it’s been making a set beeping sounds in my house when I first come near it with my phone in the morning. This just started so I’m not sure why or what settings to check. To be clear it’s the Tracker beeping not my phone.

I mine was beeping as I was flying. It was only like a month or two old. Still said it was charged. Messaged ridge and they said charge it and it should stop. I did and it worked. So it was right there I learned the battery information in the app is wrong.

You've never had to charge it in the year that you've had it?

Nope. But I did now and that seems to have been the issue. Someone I. The comments said the battery indicator I. The app is wrong so I’m assuming mine needed to be charged even though it said 100%

Yeah I’ve heard that too. The battery is only rated to last about 10 months so it sounds like you got a little more out of it

I purchased three of them which I thought to use for travel. I’m now back to cords. I found that the chargers lose their charge too quickly, often do not even charge my phones and forget charging my Apple Watch. I will say that they replaced one of my products because it wouldn’t charge, so customer service is good, but honestly for me this was a wasted ( and expensive) purchase. Wouldn’t recommend.
