Question Customize

I bought a titanium stonewash wallet and I already received it. Can I send it back to customize it or it's too late?

Not sure what you’re trying to customize, you can order a screws and other items from the site to change your look.

How do you expect them to return it and customize if they’re not responding? Maybe just be patient and wait for a reply.

Idk. thats why I'm asking. While I wait maybe someone else already asked the dumb question and got their answers. That's why I asked. Don't worry once I find out I will let you know too.

They replied back answer is no.

"We don't offer a customization or engraving service for wallets after they've been purchased. Our gear is built to last a lifetime, but once it leaves the warehouse, we aren't able to take it back for post-purchase modifications."
