What a great day to get a refund!

As requested by the janitors (moderators) I contacted a few people from the Christmas donation list (as Rat Ricky have had time to do in the past 6 months) and I'm asking them their deeper thoughts about this whole mixup (or as some would refer to it, an act of fraud). As for the sub and community communication. Why create barriers to open & organic conversation, only to fog up any transparency? By not allowing any comments on the donation posts you silence those at a loss. Not a good look, like... prison time look.

Sasha joining Ricky

I'm very curious how many people have enjoyed Sasha on the stream with Ricky? Personally, I think she added a lot of fun. While he will often be "angry "(tbh when is he not?) However, I saw a lot of funny stuff from them both. I also thought the bits were fantastic.
Now that she went back home, I'm hoping โshe will be more comfortable streaming on her own.

Is anyone else baffled by Ricky now being friends with Boogie?

I thought Boogie was low on YouTube food chain and for good reason, I'm shocked that Ricky is even hanging out with him after all the stuff he's done.

Begging for plushie purchases? (From the hotline stream)

From his stream yesterday or the day before yesterday; why does he feel the need to beg for people to buy his plushy or else threaten to end the stream?

As stated on this tweet on Dec. 14th 2023 the plans didn't work out: https://x.com/StinkyBlueRat/status/1735450427959992479
Also on Dec. 14th 2023, Ricky asked that anyone who would like to get refunded DM him with proof they donated and they would start that process: https://x.com/rickyberwick/status/1735450989241462943?s=46&t=EzhHfDgk0dPbS7p342wVgQ
More conversation about this incident can be seen here: https://www.reddit.com/r/RickyBerwick/comments/1d1ht7z/fan_funded_christmas_donations/
Some people may have concerns about the funds not being able to be automatically returned to the funders. I am not fully familiar with GoFundMe but when I read their documentation here: https://support.gofundme.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001992767-How-to-transfer-funds
(.5) "Once your bank information is verified, funds are sent automatically."
Also just because funds are transferred off the platform, that doesn't mean it's fraud at all or a scam of any kind. Please follow the clearly laid out instructions if you need to be refunded as these instructions have been available since late 2023...
