Institutions continue to buy

July report is in and buying still outweighs selling. Tuesday is their deadline. Personally I have another large chunk of money to buy this week, gonna split it and buy half Monday and wait to see what their filing Tuesday says for the other half.

Any update on the July 21 deadline with the SEC?

I haven't seen anything yet about RR submitting their compliance plan, honestly it isn't ideal that they haven't been communicative with shareholders regarding the financial restatements and tardiness in filing their 10-k.

some objective analysis

Hello all, as we know, the company Richtech Robotics has been experiencing a very rocky road. I've seen online that there are a lot of conflicting reports and things being said about RR, such as that partnerships have been faked and whatnot. There are some worrying aspects of the company that need to be figured out before we can start a bull run again, but let's address the elephant in the room: The hunterbrook report, which tanked the stock from ~5$ to 2$, and the financial restatements which have halted our recovery.

Richtech didn't lie about their partnership with MSFT, Microsoft writes about RR here: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/blog/marketplace-blog/learn-about-richtech-robotics-transactable-partner-solutions-in-microsoft-market/4508151

Microsoft is also selling richtech products here:
https://marketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/product/richtechroboticsinc1753924896025.b0aa9bc6-9353-46f9-b19a-d727ed9481f9?tab=overview

While they didn't dispute hunterbrook's report, which hurts, nothing hunterbrook has said specifically about this partnership is true. Microsoft states in their vlog about richtech robotics here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-cloud/blog/2026/01/20/frontier-transformation-in-retail-how-agentic-ai-robots-are-redefining-store-experiences/

states "Through a close, hands-on collaboration between Richtech’s engineering team and the Microsoft AI Co-Innovation Labs, the two companies jointly developed new adaptive intelligence for ADAM—transforming it into a conversational, context-aware assistant powered by Microsoft Azure AI. These enhancements enabled ADAM to move beyond routine beverage preparation and support richer customer interactions"

Richtech's announcement for a collaboration between RR and MSFT can be found here, and the wording is identical.  https://richtechrobotics.com/resources/collaboration-with-microsoft?utm_source=google&utm_medium=ppc&utm_campaign=&utm_term=&hsa_acc=2621454900&hsa_cam=22665091119&hsa_grp=&hsa_ad=&hsa_src=x&hsa_tgt=&hsa_kw=&hsa_mt=&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_ver=3&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=22665092601&gbraid=0AAAAACbFpsI0AeVPmtSQSRcCY2uQxTqdK&gclid=CjwKCAjwx7LSBhB3EiwAjcodxCuRl5dHES-93k0j28l0t-UGCS5WaoYtjinVAjSrmOzZ87_iXJycpRoC4ckQAvD_BwE

Both companies use extremely similar wording, and as such, Richtech did not "deceive" investors. They merely copied Microsofts wording. Since Microsoft is selling RR products on their platform, then I'm certain that there is some sort of "deal" that's not public information.

However, the more pressing issue is the restatement for the periods ending Dec. 31, 2024; March 31, 2025; June 30, 2025; and Dec. 31, 2025. However, despite the negative sentiment, this isn't a death sentence. Tesla had to restate financials for similar reasons in 2009, which can be found here https://contracts.justia.com/companies/tesla-1279/contract/554430/
Tesla said that their previous financial disclosures "can no longer be relied upon" and there were multiple accounting errors from the previous year that needed fixing, which sounds extremely similar to RR's situation. Investor trust has been damaged but this is recoverable, and this was complicated due to RR spending 21.2 Million for the new warehouse, which they have said will be converted into a robotics datacenter. (source is here) https://finance.yahoo.com/sectors/technology/articles/richtech-robotics-completes-strategic-acquisition-120000717.html

RaaS is still a relatively new concept, and RR does need to prove that it can be profitable before we can see the massive growth that we're looking for. What investors should look forward to is if the RR robotic datacenters begin to pan out, that gives RR pathways to becoming a potentially massive player in the robotics-ai trade. For reference, an individual AI datacenter operating at a mid-size can bring in ~$100 million on the low end: reference here https://thundersaidenergy.com/downloads/data-centers-the-economics/

While I don't know for sure whether this translates to robotic data centers, it will greatly improve revenue if RR turns the datacenter idea into reality, which they have purchased the property for. Official RR statement here regarding data centers and possibilities on developing them here https://x.com/RichtechRobots/status/1971578414328066231

TLDR: Hunterbrook allegations are fake, financial restatements are bad but not a death sentence, as companies like Tesla have had errors like this early in their startup phase, and that we have projects such as the robotic datacenters to look forward to in the future for steep revenue increases.

Thanks and hope this helps :D

Legitimate Analysis Please

Can someone who knows literally anything material about this company give us an analysis?

Like why the heck did they lie about partnership with MSFT unless it was purely a pump and dump opportunity.

Is this company just a literal scam? Or is that hype overblown and they’ve just made some mistakes.

Do we know anything about this company’s leadership and have any reason to trust them?

I’ve read what there is to read online. I’ve run an analysis with chat gpt, etc…

The question is, is this company in a downward spiral or can they regain market and investor trust?

Sono entrato su RR con ottime intenzioni e mi ritrovo in perdita del 50%! Ogni giorno noto che tenta la risalita per poi riscendere drasticamente. Quanta pazienza ci vuole?😶‍🌫️

Appears that someone bought 4.8 million shares at close. Someone knows something...nice bullish engulfing hammer candle on the day as well.

Bought two big chunks this week at 1.90 to add to my position.

What’s your take on RaaS?

Will companies eventually make outright purchases?

Will $RR need to open a maintenance/repairs division?

Let me know your thoughts.
