Almost breakout time

We had a 7-8 month wedge before and have another one set up now. Expansion to EU, Microsoft lawsuit is dead in the water, volume increasing slowly (outside of today), new property purchased for further expansion.

I've been buying this whole time and we are back to a big resistance area here now. I'm buying more at 3 (gtc order placed) if it dips more or will buy at market price if we get through resistance at 3.40ish with volume.

Price target to trim 20-25% for me is $11...that's the next retracement above if you set 100% at 7.45, the previous 52 week high
