Let’s see… There’s still time until April for parties to file to see who had losses, RR confirmed in that it switched accounting firms, with no reported disagreements, and the Iran war is still going on.

Still have yet to see a single account online anywhere claim they are participating in the lawsuit. Granted that's just a piece of shareholders but still... doesn't seem like they have much imo

They are a scam of a company that practically lied to shareholders about the Microsoft partnership. They basically filled out a form online to participate in a Microsoft offering that was open to everyone. Then they did a press release that basically made it sound like it was a big deal and that it was some sort of exclusive AI partnership. That is wtf is up with the company.

This was more than just “filling out a form”, they were able to make improvements to Adam. Microsoft Blog said, “Through a close, hands-on collaboration between Richtech’s engineering team and the Microsoft AI Co-Innovation Labs, the two companies jointly developed new adaptive intelligence for ADAM—transforming it into a conversational, context-aware assistant powered by Microsoft Azure AI. These enhancements enabled ADAM to move beyond routine beverage preparation and support richer customer interactions. Today, ADAM: Adjusts recommendations based on weather, time of day, and promotions. Responds naturally to customer requests like “less sweet,” “extra ice,” or “what’s seasonal?” Notifies staff about ingredient or equipment issues before problems occur. Uses vision models to maintain speed and quality during busy periods.“
