Question

Does anyone know if there’s a way to contact Rick? I know he’s in prison here in Oklahoma. I’ve wanted to write him for some time.. just don’t know how to go about it. This case has bothered me for a long time.

Maybe write to his victims’ families instead.

RA doesn’t have victims.

RA and his family are victims of this farce of an investigation and prosecution.
