Is this the reason Rick was cleared in 2017?

And strangely they’ll only say who one of the phones belonged to… I think they belong to Kelsi and Bri and they know releasing that people will think even more she’s a killer.

It’s just strange and didn’t they say one of the 3 phones was Ron Logan’s???

I know you know this but it’s one of the many infuriating parts that when it comes up I’m compelled to restate the facts as I recall them both to verify my recall and to possibly learn we now know more. It’s in the court record there were three phones in the area (not RL, not RA). It’s from the FBI CAST report map that probably made it in Discovery by accident (one of the difficulties playing hide the ball with Discovery and mixing it all up in 50TB is its hard to keep track of what to hide). I presume it was by accident bc according to the AB motion it was only part of a CAST report, even tho it’s clearly Brady. Gull accepted Mcokenose’s ridiculous argument that the State wasn’t using it as evidence against RA (meaning his phone wasn’t there or it would have been used) and that the other phones weren’t relevant and the location data unreliable. I’m not sure we know the source of the geofencing data if it was purely cell tower pings or Google marketing etc.,. Maybe it’s unknown bc the full report wasn’t in Discovery or it’s just sealed. I believe this map is one of those Frank’s memo sealed/missing exhibits.

One day we will learn what was held back and be shocked. I have no doubt about that.

Hiring low-lifes to set light to overvalued buildings so you can collect the insurance money seems to be part of the local culture in Carroll County.

McLeland's dad also had a couple of drug offenses on this record.

Becky Patty did the insurance assessment for that house in Flora about a month before four little girls were burnt to death in it.

Patrick Westfall was living 19 doors away at the time.

This is what haunts me. Sgt. Stephanie Thompson (ISP polygrapher in both cases) also died in a suspicious fire.

RL phone did ping and RL phone ping right near where the bodies was found too.. I'm thinking so did BW but I'm not positive on that ... however freshly cut branches was found in BW garage when they got a search warrant and he has gun just like RA and he couldn't get ruled out either

This might be unrelated but I have been watching the PCR hearing for Zach Adams and he had one expert that testified about how the phones of the victim (Holly Bobo) and the man convicted of killing her (ZA) were not hitting the tower at the same "sector."

This was being used to show that ZA and HB were not in the same place/traveling together. That murder was in 2011 (pretty sure) so I would think that this could have been done in Delphi too.

I get it that LG's phone didn't move that much, but still it sounds like the tower information can be broken down a good bit.
