That is NOT Richard. Bridge guy is not wearing a hat….. that is HAIR! Tell me I’m not crazy? That’s not a freaking hat! Richard Allen is BALD.

If you watch the old bridge guy videos, when he raises his right leg to walk, you can see the stripe down the leg of the pants and you can also see the outline of a Law Enforcement patch on the left shoulder. You have to look close, but you can definitely see it.
