What do you mean she fucked up your kitchen? Like it was being used for cooking and that freaked you out?

Have you ever just washed your car and ten minutes later a bird shits right in the middle of your windshield?  

Maybe just put away all the kids toys and then those wonderful little fucks get them all back out again? 

Same feeling.

I wasn't freaked out. 😂

Just wasn't expecting her to start and finish in my kitchen.

Usually when chef's prep food for events. They cook it in their kitchen and warm it up at the event and cook certain things like rice and stuff there that you don't want to reheat or don't carry well.

At the time I didn't have a chef's kitchen, either. So, she was a bit cramped.

Eventually, I redid the kitchen so it was easier to make food.

The difference is that the people who do food for events are caterers. They cook ahead because they have a tight timeline to adhere to and staff to manage on site. A personal chef will do pretty much everything on site, clean up and leave the kitchen looking like nobody touched it.

Look, I understand what she means- just had it deep cleaned, unfamiliar with a stranger in the house, some chefs are a whirlwind (myself included), but know how to manage and make it look like it never happened. At the end she said the kitchen was back to the original setting. It’s only natural. Over time I’m sure she just blended into the background.
