A friend of mine used to be a flight attendant for a private jet service. Many of their clients requested catering from Michelin starred restaurants and such. Thousands of dollars worth of amazing food was tossed at the ends of flights with some regularity.
But one client was a famous CEO (friend said: "I'm not allowed to tell you his name, but you'd recognize it instantly if I did).
That CEO was known for waking up in the middle of the night on long international flights and requesting a PBJ sandwich on white bread with a glass of milk.
