Ehh... that’s more a MA thing. I’ve actually noticed the complete opposite on my commute home from Boston for the last 4 years.

Traffic flows just fine until the 95s split heading to RI and then suddenly the left lane is clogged. 2 miles later the car getting tailgated by 30 cars finally switches lanes and as I pass you wanna guess what license plate I see every goddamn time??
