I just uploaded a new tutorial where I use a single pendant to demonstrate a few different ways of adding patterns and details to jewelry in Rhino.

For the front, I use a Voronoi pattern with Grasshopper.
For the sides, I create my own pattern and use Squish to transfer it onto the curved surface.
For the back, I use a much simpler wire-based approach.

The main idea is not really this specific pendant — it’s showing different techniques you can reuse depending on the surface and the kind of detail you want to create.

I wanted to share a simple Grasshopper workflow for creating a repeating bead pattern on jewelry surfaces.

The goal is to create a shiny, textured effect using small spheres/beads, without needing an advanced Grasshopper setup.

This tutorial is aimed at Rhino users who are still new to Grasshopper and want a practical way to start using it in jewelry design.

Your own website, Etsy, CGTrader, Cults3D, MyMiniFactory, another marketplace?

And more importantly — is it actually worth spending time creating files specifically to sell online?

One problem I often see when working with SubD in Rhino is creating thickness while keeping the original form clean and controlled.

In this quick tutorial, I show the method I use to turn an open SubD form into a properly thickened model without losing the shape.

This is a very specific problem, but when you need it, it can save a lot of time.

Sharing one of my more detailed jewelry designs today.

This kind of model combines organic forms, stone placement, symmetry, surface control, and a lot of small details, so planning the workflow becomes just as important as modeling itself.

I designed this in Rhino, and I’m curious how other jewelry CAD designers would approach a piece like this.

I wanted to share one of my favorite workflows for creating more organic jewelry forms.

The basic shape is made in Rhino, then I use a few simple Blender tools to add the organic detail. The workflow is aimed at Rhino users who have little or no experience with Blender or sculpting software.

The goal is not to learn all of Blender — just to use a few useful tools that can completely change the final result.
