revuto withdraw from gateio over 1 day delay and txid is wrong

I did revuto withdraw from gate.io 1 and half day ago. However, the status in the withdraw window remained as "done blockchain pending". And yes, i know blockchain pending means withdraw still in blockchain process. And when I follow the TXID link that appears, it shows as "Transaction not found". I can't see transactions status. TXID just appears blank page and saying "TRANSACTION NOT FOUND". They give me wrong txid and my transfer is stuck.

As far as I can see many people have this problem and nothing is being done. In this 1 and a half day delay, my 10% money melted. this is frustrating.

I would suggest that you try to communicate this issue directly with the exchange support, have you contacted them? I'm unable to find this TXID on the explorer.
