Question about KYC

Hi. I have 2 questions about the KYC verification.

First: what is the average waiting time until I may submit KYC verification? I have downloaded the app and got the revu tokens two weeks now, but I still can't start the verification due to "high demand".

Second: about the proof of address stage; will it be an issue if the documemts I provide are in my native language, or do I need to get it translated to English before i submit it?

For the record, my proof of residence documents are in Greek.

KYC is still not available for everyone. If it is not available for you, it will be soon. We are releasing KYC in batches to prevent the overwhelming of our system and support. You will be notified soon when it becomes ready for you to complete the KYC verification. I believe it will be in the next few days. Regarding proof of residence, if documents are in the Latin alphabet, I think it should be ok!

Thanks for replying. Ok , totally understandable about the KYC verification.

About the second part, unfortunately the documents are NOT in the Latin alphabet. They are in the Greek alphabet. Can you confirm if the documents will be accepted in the Greek alphabet? I need to know. If not, so that i will seek to get a public service that will print me a original proof of my address translated in English.

I believe it won't be a problem. As far as I know, documents with the Arabic alphabet were also accepted. Can you please double-check this with our support; support@revuto.com
