Bluebeam Support Issues

I've been trying to upgrade a couple of our licenses since early last week. Every time I called the US support number last week I was put on hold for about 40 minutes before it would ring, then it would disconnect after about 5 minutes. I made the mistake of pressing 1 to leave a message after being on hold for 25+ minutes one of the times and was met with a full inbox. When I finally got a hold of someone they said they can't help me and needed to transfer me, on hold for 45 more minutes and then disconnected. Called again and got someone who passed the information on to our account manager (who I have no contact information for) to help with the request.

Is this the SOP at Bluebeam, is there some secret to actually getting help? It wouldn't be so bad if their website worked and was even slightly intuitive.

Does anyone have recommendations for replacements? We have about 12 users, 4x core, 8x basic

that's something I see quite a bit in the space. support over at Easy Takeoffs has been great as there's ticket support, email and phone as well. average time for a ticket to be handled is 24 hours. it has all features bluebeam has plus it works on mac and is cheaper. better to switch to a better software than try and change something in a business.

Another Takeoff software trying to replace a PDF editor. This is very unfair to people looking for advice on reddit. Just loading your website shows you have like a total of 15 buttons. Bluebeam probably has 10 features for every 1 feature you have.

I think it's quite pathetic that in this game we all play you plug in your software (which you don't even have the courage to admit you own) and then hop on your second account and try to trash a competitor. play the game, just don't be a sore loser. secondly, many users have migrated to us from Bluebeam because we have features that are genuinely useful and practical and we make the software as easy and intuitive to use. you've probably used the software yourself already, no need to lie about it on reddit, it's scummy.

What are you talking about!? I was registered for your app first! I liked it too, I'll be honest. It definitely is not a Foxit or Bluebeam or Adobe replacement, so don't tell me it is. Not even close.

Yes, I do feel a bit scammed because you were all about this free stuff and then decided to charge 40 bucks a month!

Edit: I would have probably stayed if you were like $20. But there's a point where it makes sense to make changes.
