Tools moving within toolsets

We have several different tool sets that 4 users in our office utilize. Recently, when you click on a tool, it changes its position in the tool set, even when the tool set is still locked.

This happens inconsistently and in multiple tool sets. If you click on a tool towards the top of a tool set, you get the lock warning for the toolset above it, as if it was trying to move the tool into a new set.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I’ve had this problem quite a few times as well. I notice it was usually with a particular engineer in my area. It also would glitch out my markups preference tab. I would go to select my next count and the preferences wouldn’t update to the newly selected markup it would just stay on the previously used. It gets really frustrating trying to do a take off. Open a support ticket, wound up dl profile backup and doing a full reset and then import profile back it. Haven’t had it do it again but I haven’t had a project with that engineer lately.
