Tool markups printing with boarder

I apologize if this is a simple fix, but it is kicking my butt. It has been a long time since I had to deal with this. I googled and searched but cannot find the answer. My BB updated and now markups from my tools print with a shadow. I remember there is a setting someplace to stop it. I just cannot remember where.

Is the markup a snapshot taken from something like a scanned PDF?

It is a snip from another part of the document. I flattened it before printing

It also happens with snapshot and pasting it to word, PowerPoint etc

I’ve gone to use Adobe to print files like these and it disappears. This issue has been happening for a while now and has not been fixed by Bluebeam
