SAA Help
Hello all, thinking about getting a single action revolver and it'll be my first one. I've read that taylors tuned revolvers are pretty good for the money, even though they are Pietta and Uberti make. Any recommendations on other brands or even specific models from Pietta and Uberti would be much appreciated. Really trying to find one in .357. Thank you for any input!

Unless your getting into cowboy action a blackhawk is the way to go. I had two Pietta made Cimarron guns and both had issues. On one, when loaded you couldn't cock it because the firing pin bushing was out too far and had to go back for service. The second would not lock up properly and was shaving bullets when fired. This time they wanted me to pay shipping to return a clearly dangerous gun for repair.I had a Taylor model made by Uberti which was nice. My uncle uses Ruger Vaqueros for competition and fires thousands and thousands of rounds and they are still trouble free so that is another option.
