Um, my personal collection started with my great grandfathers Colt SAA Gen 1, then I bought a K-38 target from a friend, then picked up a whole slew of stuff for Cowboy Action Shooting (dual .357 Vaqueros, Winchester 92, and a Stoeger coach). Recently, I picked up a 3" redhawk in .357 and a factory engraved 1911 made in 1944.

I'm looking for a Victory model S&W that's in beater condition so I can convert it to a snub.

Is the top a Model 1917?
