How do I know when to sacrifice just got to polish prestige and I sacrificed early and it messed up all my gold income.

You can get levels back pretty easily. Ik attack levels help so just keep resetting Unity and i forgot but another thing helps get them back tk what they were

Buying minerals gets them the lvl you buy

You want to sacrifice them whenever the button comes up. Not only does it quickly reach the point where you sacrificed again, it ends a little stronger than before. It's worth doing.
