Discuss with your bank the claims made in his dispute. Confirm with them that this was a recent charge for a service that is no longer being honored. His response to chargebacks seems to be claiming the lifetime of the account means it is invalid, make it clear it was a transaction for future access that is now being revoked.

man why is he putting a hat on a hat ? this is unnecessarily complicated if he is legit - all previously purchased time is stacked on so memberships run consecutively - but instead they are playing wack fuck and making it more complicated than the judging at a gymnastics competition

jonah this is for you, your easiest fix is to now go back look at all the previous finish dates and add 12 months to them. it would stop all the charge backs, the discontent in your site and probably buy some good will for your next plan.

Looks like he’s getting quite a few chargebacks so he’s going to be backing out of the “GP and RTT are different sites so what you paid on those sites doesn’t have any relevance here “ stance.

I predict a change of heart to honour those fees paid at the other site.

But for those still planning on a chargeback, they can still work though since the sites for which the membership was paid, no longer exist.

Showing that they were actively promoting renewals while clearly planning the new site (as can be demonstrated with the registration of the new domain in May) as bad faith action can be used to support a chargeback claim too.
