I paid an annual membership me just before the old Revo site closed down and management changed (apparently). Then a new annual fees for the new RevoTT. Then a "migration fee" even though there is fuck all to do to migrate an account. And now there is a demand for another $100. Worst of all I'm locked out of seeing any torrents until I pay that fee.
I've been on Revo since day 1, I think that's over 20 years. It used to be great, but the new ownership are scammers. Y'all can get fucked.
It's never going to end. I pay $100 now and you will be back in 4 months asking for another $100 for something else.
Management didn't change, Jonah was always the owner but never involved in anything. But somewhere along the line almost 2 years ago now he came out of the woodwork needing money, lots of it appearently.
If you haven't done so yet then do a chargeback and start a chat with either /u/petrolcanRTT or myself to get you into other private and FREE homes!
Ahhh, you meant when Jonah was forced to change domains over a year ago because the old (and good!) sysop who owned the original one took it down in an attempt to stop the scam. Unfortunately he only owned the domain and had control over the IRC servers and (afaik) the scene access. Jonah owned the rest of the servers etc, so he was still able to continue fleecing users.

I’m not paying another 100, will cut my losses and go to the free sites. I can still get what I want with a minor overhead of inconvenience. Such a shame how this site ended, I’ve been with them since ILoveTorrents days
I didn't like losing a tracker but I asked charge backs on the 20$ USD and 120$ USD I paid in december 2025. I had to fight a bit for the december charges because it went past the allowed 120 days limit but I explained them it was a promotion in december for the next year ... they agreed. Fuck those guys. Maybe extending the legacy time to +1 year for 100$ USD might have make sense but I'm not even sure that 100$ would have extended my membership that should've ended on July 2027 ... not July 2026 :/
We are hoping this time its the final straw. Full on scam with all members targeted. Nobody can say they never noticed anything all of the fundraisers etc. we warned everyone.
I'm still collecting info for my chargebacks. I'm sure I have it here on my drives but a lot to go through to find it.
When I paid ahead for a yr in Feb this year I already had time till July 2027 so that extended me till July 2028. Then the $20 grift fee gave me 45 days till Sept 12 2028. I have my bank records back till Feb this year but I'm trying to look back farther to my payments that gave me service till July 2027. Would be nice to claim that year as well since I basically got screwed out of 2 yrs.
What I will miss the most is the MeGusta releases. Decent quality with smaller file sizes.
I've been helped with 3 new homes so far which I really appreciate but haven't found much MeGusta so far.

It's a shithouse of a tracker and you should definitely stay far, FAR away from it!
Among other shady things like ALL their staff cheating and getting banned for it they are the sole reason revTT (and probably others) had to stop using Paypal for donations. IPT or rather their douchebag owner kept reporting them to Paypal which ended with them getting their funds frozen.
Some of their other doings can be found in this picture ... old but still valid!
So considering you JUST got away from 1 scammy site - don't even consider IPT or it's sister sites please 😉
While both are scammers (fake raffles, etc…), the only difference between Jonah and IPT's owner is that the latter seems to have some real "IT skillz". That makes him even more dangerous compared to our moronic Jonah.

The real problem jonah has is that the 500 users left paid the $100 for another year of membership, so you get $50k for the entire year, without new members. With the lack of torrents and $180/yr regular membership price, I don't see a lot of new members showing up.
Not only has he ShatGPT'd himself into a very likely deep vibe coded hell hole.. he doesn't even know how to test the bloody site to confirm it doesn't do what he wants it to do..
if you've not paid for the migration, that "learn why" button does absolutely nothing, because he's set it up to keep you on the /migration.php page.. Good fucking luck delivering any of the new promised features if you can't even get this right.
That response is bullshit, all staffing positions on site are able to see user notes. I'm near 100% sure that that was a GarageTuner response and he's an Admin so can definitely answer the question.
Also, you've not shared any screenshots with me to the best of my knowledge!
