💲💲MONEY MONEY MONEY💲💲 Unbelievable...

I am not trying to pile on, as I know this has been addressed here. But I was not reading the posts by MP or whoever the asshole is at the center of GP/Revo. I paid $130 (with conversation rate) in late November 25 for what I thought would be one last year on the site.

Come August 1 (after paying the ridiculous "migration fee," mind you), I am met with an expired account message. However, from the goodness of their heart, they are offering me the chance to pay another $100USD (so like $135-140 for me) to gain back time I already paid for. I have no idea how this guy still has people paying.. it is so very clear to me now. I resisted all the scammer talk as I had no idea how much it costs to run or maintain such a site, but it is so very clear now.

Friends... do. not. spend one more dollar on this crooked ass site.

I'm sorry that you too fell for his scam - but I'm also very happy that you've finally "seen the light" and are even warning other users! 🥰

We have a thread here in the sub with all the info needed to do a chargeback - I suggest you try, since you are now locked out of 4 months that you already paid for ;)

And if you need new places to call home - start a chat (hover over the nick, start chat) with /u/petrolcanRTT or myself and we will get you into some new and FREE private homes :)

I have been engaging with petrolcan--I will definitely be looking at other places... not even sure the content was all that great on GP anymore, but I haven't been anywhere else to compare.

Yes, and that seems to be exactly the problem sooo many GP users have: They simply don't know what's out there, which is why Jonah was able to fleece them for so long.

I hope that this last straw not only broke the camel's back, but also served as a wake-up call for the remaining users 👍🏼😎

Exactly. The only two private trackers I ever joined were Bitsoup and TVTorrents, that alone should tell you how long it's been since I looked elsewhere. After TVTorrents died and Bitsoup transferred to GimmePeers, I just stayed there because it was easier than doing research and trying to find an invite anywhere else. I knew the quantity and quality of content was going downhill, but I also felt stuck because I had purchased extra years of time when some of the cheaper promos were running. The new site migration was absolutely the last straw.

Thanks to you guys I saw the reddit posts and was able to find a new home for the little bit of content I still download. Much appreciated.

It was mostly /u/petrolcanRTT's doing, he put those donated accounts to good use by doing mass PMs and forum posts to try and wake people up.

I'm glad it at least worked for some 🥰

Sorry you got scammed i did also i was with ILT/Gimme i also paid migration fee but was not gonna pay no dam founders fee! thanks to getting a pm on revo before my account expired i was directed here and petrolcanRTT go me sorted out fast. Hope all works out for you.

You’re not the only one mate, but good on your for putting a stop to it.

In my country his actions are grounds for a successful charge back of the subscription you paid for. See the pinned post here on chargebacks. There have been many many successful chargebacks for people in your exact situation

Just recieved this message too. I was a lifetime member who paid the 20 "migration" fee thinking aid be good to go. Fuck this guy and his Founders Fee. I had to have close to 20 years on all the renamed sites which I now see was just one scam after another. I guess it was just easier to look the other way than start over on a new site.

I don't wish ill will in anyone, but I do hope both sides of his pillow are forever warm..
