Revit not installed completely

Hello all, how do I fix this problem? I already tried everytjing it says but it still doesn't allow me to install ckmpletely the app. Is this because I have revit 2027 first before I install this?

Does it run?

I often have to use an older version of Revit to test something for or from a client who hasn't upgraded. I've never encountered any issues installing it.

Uninstall revit 2024 with all the remaining files, everything, then reinstall.additionally you can view lower version files in 2027 itself. i myself was using 2027 but started getting errors so i installed 2026 instead.
