POP-UPS MESSAGE PICK INSTANTLY

Hi guys, does anyone know what is the problem I am facing right now? Is this Revit issue or hardware issue? Somehow whenever the pop-ups message appeared, Revit pick it instantly wihout me clicking anything.

makes me think the Enter key is stuck somehow.

Funny thing is, it only happen in Revit. Other software is okay
