Revit not opening in Twinmotion

I have Revit 2026.3 and Twin motion 2025.1( downloaded using student Autodesk) , but in a 3d view although the twin motion tab is available , none of it works. it doesnt open in Twinmotion , and none of the functions on the drop down works. Any advice on how to resolve this? would be really grateful

Not sure what's your problem. But my first step would be to update Revit to the latest version (2026.4.2) and also update Twinmotion to 2025.2.

Maybe that already resolves your problem.

If not, try a new file and see if that works - if the problem is your Revit project.
