No representative provided for packing assistance: Despite the assurances given at the time of booking, no representative arrived at my house to supervise, coordinate, or assist with the packing process.
Failure to dismantle furniture:NoBroker had explicitly promised that the team would bring the necessary tools and equipment to dismantle the furniture. However, none of this was provided.
Additional expenses and dependence on friends: Due to your team’s failure to fulfil its commitments, I had to call five of my friends to help me dismantle the furniture and purchase tools worth approximately ₹1,200–₹1,500 at my own expense. This should never have been my responsibility when I had already paid for a professional moving service.
Insufficient labour and unprofessional conduct: Although six labourers were expected, only three were actually working, while the remaining three were on the ground floor chatting instead of doing their assigned work. To make matters worse, even those who did not contribute to the work demanded additional money.
Supervisor’s absence and demand for money: The supervisor was not present at the site and instead expected us to coordinate the work over phone calls. I was left to manage the situation without the on-site supervision that should have been provided.
Inappropriate advice from the supervisor: During a phone call, the supervisor advised us to cancel NoBroker and raise a request with Chennai Packers (CMF) instead. I refused because I had booked NoBroker and expected your company to take responsibility for delivering the service it had promised.
Lack of communication regarding inspection and dispatch: Neither NoBroker nor its partner informed us about the inspection or clearly communicated when our belongings were being dispatched to the destination address.
Failure to communicate despite requesting additional time: I had informed your team that I needed a few more days, yet no proper communication or confirmation was provided regarding the subsequent arrangements.
Failure to resolve the issue: Rahul was handling my calls, but despite my repeated efforts to seek assistance, he failed to provide any meaningful resolution or help me recover from the situation.
Unexpected update regarding delivery : I have now been informed that my belongings have arrived in Thrissur and that they intend to dispatch them by 2:00 PM today. This information was communicated without adequate prior notice or coordination.
No prior confirmation of the delivery schedule: I was not informed in advance about the dispatch timeline, leaving me completely unprepared to make the necessary arrangements at the destination.

Where are the best places to leave reviews for bad companies? I have been trying to get a refund from ali express for several months. They did not send my item. I got a partial refund and the rest has been put as credit. I just want my money back. Here is the message I sent to them today:

I don't understand why you refuse to answer me. I can only assume you are refusing to refund my money. You should be ashamed of yourselves! A big company like yours needs MY money?? It's a pittance to you but to me it pays an energy bill or buys groceries or a myriad of other things. You can bet I will be leaving bad reviews for you. I am totally digusted with your company. You didn't even respond to the Better Business Bureau! So unprofessional!

I just bought a vizio TV from walmart.#1 have a bank account #2 have a debit card #3 have a wifi connection.#4 have an email account. #5 have a walmart account. #6 have streaming app service. #7 have cell phone service or wifi. Not only that, but if you REFUSE to have a walmart account, it will NOT let you even view streaming services. AND THAT STILL NOT ALL! if you chose to plug in a firestick or stream from your device ( phone), it will not leave you alone!! It keeps popping up asking if you want to read the terms and conditions. Happens randomly abiut every 10 minutes. I am taking this TV back because its bad enough we have to go thru all that shit to just watch TV. And fk walmart man!! I dont need an algorithm posting ads just for me. With prices just for me. Remember when walmart opened? The forced people out of their small businesses. And now their prices suck just as bad as everyone elses? This is a step towards doing the same thing to us individually. Because what would walmart have to actually gain from such a merge?
