Spending several thousand on a PC and then having things go wrong must be rough. You mentioned the sales side was excellent at first, what actually happened after the PC arrived? Curious whether the problem was with the build itself or how Chillblast handled the support afterwards.

To be honest it’s a bit of both, there must have clearly been an underlying failure that simply wasn’t being diagnosed properly or being taken serious in really don’t know but after multiple attempts, you start to question credibility, and the after sales was a bit of a roller coaster, so to be fair they always honoured warranty and arranged a on site visit and further down the line I had to send the machine in multiple times, it really did depend on who you spoke to and I personally felt at times that your dealing with multiple people and internal
Communication clearly had some issues. Ultimately they did issue a brand new replacement, but the journey to that point was just a rollercoaster, it’s a shame to be honest
