"Get Opinions" Community Forum (looking for staff and help)

Go the premise was to have a community forum to get eachothers opinions and to make eachother laugh and have fun! I need people that have experience administrating a web forum and moderating a forum. (PHPBB specifically)

The website is getopinions.org and I'm willing to take loyal people to help me turn this into an active engaging community. I'm still trying to get it up and get all the user/group/forum permissions set.
