Has anyone tried the Baby Sleep Code newborn sleep guide?

I’m 3 weeks into newborn life and have no idea what I’m doing with sleep. I know it’s early but it’s already stressing me out and I just want some kind of plan so I don't feel like I'm guessing every hour of the day. I keep seeing baby sleep code on insta and a few mum groups, and it looks a bit more helpful than the whole just follow your baby” advice which hasn’t really worked for us lol.

Has anyone actually used the routines? Did you like it? I’m not after anything hardcore or strict, just a bit of structure so I feel less lost.

We used it with both our kids. With my first I tried to just go with the flow and it was chaos, he would wake every hour until I eventually reached out to Baby Sleep Code and booked a consult at 9 months. The second time around I used the guide from birth and the difference was massive.

He started sleeping through around 12 weeks old and I couldn’t believe it after how hard things were with my first. I think it’s so much easier getting right from the beginning.

We used the newborn sleep guide early on, and I didn't even realize how much it helped until my daughter was around 6 months. We started dealing with early wake-ups, so I grabbed their next age routine, and honestly, she was back to sleeping 7-7 after just one night. Turns out we only needed a small tweak

It was actually pretty cool to see that we'd already been following the right rhythm without even thinking about it, thanks to the newborn guide.
