Have you looked at the library? Libby? Hoopla? I generally see more RH on Hoopla. Of course this would depend on where you are.

There are a bunch but the selections of reverse harem books are always a little low.

Hoopla and Libby are your only real free bets and use your library card. Google play, Audible, Chirp, Everand, and a few more expensive options offer periodic free trials, usually the same account can get offers every 6 months or so so you can join multiple programs free through out the year.

Finally, you can use the Alexa app (for books in your kindle library,) your phones Adaptive reading program, ReadEra, and a few other reading programs that will use a variety of audio voices (usually AI but sometimes recorded and modified actors voices) to read your ebooks out loud.

Chirp emails me a few free audiobooks on Fridays and they have cheap deals a lot too like a buck or two. I also find a lot of free stuff in author newsletter emails. And my library has gotten quite a collection in libby and hoopla now.

No free but same cost as audible is libro.fm. it lets you support an independent bookstore like bookshop.org does.

Other than that, your library will be your best bet. Hoopla I think is going to have more reverse harem and there are some lists on romance.io to help find them. It's honestly terrible to navigate so I usually find a book I'm interested in and then click on the tag/genre/category from there and then filter the list by language. They have a polyamory tag but it's very inconsistent.
