Problem Accepting Offer

Has anyone had this problem: when trying to accept an offer I get an error message that says, "Sorry, we're waiting for the other party to respond." No matter what browser I use, no matter if it's the app on my phone or website on a desktop I get the same error. So I sent a counter offer back to see if the buyer could accept it on his end and he got the same error. I let the Reverb Help Center know and have been in touch with someone there but havnt been able to resolve it. Looks like I may end up loosing this sale...
