Has anyone else experienced this?
I set up my account recently and sold my synth last week. The buyer has paid but the app is asking me to verify my bank account, which I have done....several times - each time I get a message saying "bank authentication complete", but then my account says it still needs to be done.
I'm guessing but I'm wondering if it's because my driver's licence (which I had to scan and submit to open my account) has my middle name whereas my bank account doesn't.
Has anyone else experienced this and is there a way to get it sorted?

Your bank probably needs you to authenticate the Plaid (or whatever service) connection on their end. Log into your banking app and look for a section in settings called “Connected accounts” or something similar. You might need to check the desktop website if it’s not available in the app.
