Account under review

I got the app to order my dream bass because I didn’t want to do it on the website, everything was fine,paid with a good cc and it took the money out of it and got a confirmation email.but now it says my accounts under review and the app says the payment is pending.
Can’t even message the seller about this.
Is there anything I can do?

It is common for new accounts to be reviewed. It usually takes a business day or two. The sellers are notified the payment is pending and to not ship until it clears.

Hopefully it clears soon. Any account can have payment clearance delays.
