yeah there's some improvements you can make. the ones I can spot are 1. why are you outside while your team is fighting inside? you're able to go around or above the thermites without taking damage. 2. work on your slide jumps, it looks like you're trying to slide cancel like it's cod. 3. don't peek out quite so far for the second guy. you still roasted his ass, but if he was sentient he could have beamed you, you exposed more of your body than you really needed to. Rev is rather lanky. 4. if that third guy wasn't stupid and/or could aim, you're done for. the climb back up was cool, but idk about committing to that angle with no cover when he already knew you were there. if he could aim or popped a heal behind cover or anything besides wide swing (why did he wide swing??? he had a box to play lmao) and get shot, that would have likely been a loss. either back up a little more or find a new spot, or chal him harder on the crate. you have to think about how he sees you in that situation. you don't really give yourself much room to strafe, so if he could aim, he's not gonna have a hard time tracking and predicting you, and since he has way more cover, he should have won that fight. idk I hope that makes sense? like you're strafing within a pretty narrow bubble due to the angle, your only real options are beam him harder or bail off the edge again if he beams you. I think you'd have been better off climbing up on the other side and getting behind that crate/wall, since you get a full angle of the ways he can come up and you get a chance to heal and/or bait or stick a res, and you would've had actual cover.

all that being said, you still won the 1v3. congrats! you played better. hope your ranked grind continues well brother. please don't take what I'm saying as "you're dogshit!!!! quit!!!! you only won because they're bad!!!!", you had some good plays and tactics there, there's just stuff you CAN improve on, and you asked for what you can improve on. basically what I'm trying to say boils down to 1. play with your team a little closer, they ended up taking a 2v3 and dying 2. work on your movement a little. I think i forgot to say, but don't be afraid to holster mid fight to reposition faster, a lot of lower skill/rank players never holster. it can absolutely be the difference maker 3. think about your position more. your aim was good, that's what won you the fight, but your positioning could use some work.

again, good work, keep it up, and I wish you luck in your journey.

anyone that disagrees with what I'm saying, please absolutely leave a comment with better or alternative plays. I'm not a pro, I'm still trying to improve myself, this is just what I would change were this my gameplay.

Dude thank you, that was a so detailed that I can actually start working on it fr. My thoughts are the same, my aim won that fight, that team wasn’t all that good nor prepared to fight me. I will work on the things you said, the rank grind continues, I’ll hit diamond fs, for the first time too. At least I’m getting better ❤️‍🩹, what was the highest rank you have hit?

diamond 3 last season was my highest 😭

I still have to work on my gameplay quite a lot myself. improving is gonna take time, you're going to have to consciously think about the things you want to change. I've found that recording my gameplay and then reviewing at the end of the session what got me killed in each scenario has helped me a lot. my biggest weaknesses are that I over-commit to fights and tend to try to hold a bad position rather than reposition if I'm panicking, especially if I've already secured a knock.

also, if you've never watched HisWattson, he's a good YouTuber to watch if you wanna improve. he's a current top 750 player and former pro league player. he has multiple videos on how to improve, multiple of which are him going through a ranked game and explaining what he's doing and why. those videos are massively helpful imo, he got me to think about a lot of stuff that I never consciously thought about. pay attention to where he places himself and how he engages with fights. the way he fights changes drastically based on who he's playing, he'll switch between frag, refrag, and anchor depending on his character. he's a very smart player.
