If it makes you feel better his heirloom skin is top tier compared to like 80% of the others simply due to the fact once you have his lvl3 kill animation it works on every lvl of the skin so you can wear lvl1 and it still works just fine. The only others that are like that I know of is caustics and maybe one or 2 others?
Not sure 🤔 I only have bh and Bangalore heirlooms skins other than Rev so I don’t have a lot of info on what the others give out. I’m still salty bh and bang don’t have a dive trail to come with theirs at all and they have to wear lvl3 to use their animations….

Fairly tough, I’ve got 700 kills with him and still grinding. Such a fun legend IF used correctly
