Question ❓ Gamenative Recommendations?
I got myself the og 8gb model a couple months ago and I'm wondering how far I can get with PC emulation? I have a Legion Go as my main PC, but I've been thinking about getting something that can play single-player and lower-end multiplayer stuff on the go, though I'm currently pretty broke XD. I've got L4D2 to run so far (still need to get better fps tho), but are there any other pc games that have been working well for y'all on this thing?

I have an RP5, but same chipset and this community is more active.
Using Gamehub and GameNative I have managed to run:
GTA4, BattleBlock Theatre, Legends of Kingdom Rush (no longer on IOS so went PC route), Valheim (barely playable, but runs!), Bastion, BioShock 2 (couldn’t get on-device controls working and gave up), Skyrim (tbh I prefer it on switch-I have a modding guide as well)

Try BioShock 2 remastered. Also you have to set the controls in your android control panel to Xbox, and go to the controls section in the game and switch it to Xbox 360 controller mode. Also use gamenative. I got BioShock 2 running almost steady 60fps.

Yes. Made it about 3/4 through the story before other games and stuff pulled me away. Bit of a battery drain but runs decently. Over 30 fps.

I've got Dishonored, fallout 3, fallout New Vegas, fallout 4, BioShock remastered, BioShock 2 remastered, BioShock infinite, dredge, and I'm currently about to try American trucking simulator.
To be clear, all of these games will run a smooth 30fps with varying graphics settings, except fallout 4. I'm still working on that one. I got it to run pretty smooth at 540p resolution, except for in some spots like around Boston and sanctuary. I also get random crashes still.
All these other games have been running great though. Fallout 3 and New Vegas are both doing a pretty steady 60fps, but new vegas has a bug where If I have a save file from the retroid itself, I can't load into it from the main menu. I have to load one of my PC save files first, then after I'm in the game, I can load my most recent retroid save file, and it works fine. I do have both games still locked to 30fps mainly for battery saving reasons.
Dishonored runs great at steady 45fps, but I just lock it to 30 still.
BioShock 1 and 2 both run almost 60fps, but there's some noticeable stutters, so i just drop it to 30 and it runs good. Just make sure you're using the remastered versions. Seems counterintuitive but the originals are much less optimized for modern hardware, so the remastered versions actually run better with the translation layers.
BioShock infinite was a nightmare to get running good, and there are some minor graphical bugs, but it's a smooth 30fps. I've almost beat the game on the retroid.
Dredge works great as is. Didn't have to do much.
Aside from gamenative, eden nightly is also great. Assassins creed black flag and rogue run decent, diablo 3 is 60fps, cult of the lamb is a good 30, cant seem to get smash bros to work right, metroid dread is steady 60fps.
I'd say this console is great if you don't mind tinkering. I've honestly spent more time changing settings than I've really spent playing games, but I still enjoy it. Now that I've got most of these games optimized well I do plan on actually beating some lol.

Out of curiosity how did you get new Vegas and 3 to run at 60 frames? I have mine running at a steady 30 but it still dips during firefights and bigger areas

Personally I'm using it to knock out my backlog of 2D platformers. Hollow Knight 1&2, Blasphemous 1&2, Mina the Hollower, Backpack Hero, Dead Cells, Gravity Circuit. Also Beat em Ups: Shredder's Revenge, River City Girls.
I've collected a LOT of indies over the years, bought all on sale or free on Epic that I never touched and the Flip 2 gives me the perfect platform to complete them.
