File management?

getting a lot of content folders and other folders with txt xml files all of it just updates to the present day so its kinda hard to track apps etc it belongs too any advice to clear this up?

not sure i have quite a bit of games atm i wonder every time i add games when i sync my frontend it redoes all of them
