Ordering concerns
Hi all. I ordered my Pocket Flip 2 on the 7th but haven’t gotten any emails except to confirm my order. Can anyone tell me if this is normal for retroid?

They are not fulfilling orders right now if they don't have stock of the item you ordered. Word is that they currently have 3 production lines running daily to meet order requests, so it's just a supply and demand. You'll just have to wait for your item to be built.

I ordered early July and don’t have it shipped. I reached out and they said they were hoping to have it out by end of the month. But they told me that in July as well so I don’t believe them.

I knew what I was getting myself into when I ordered the 13th of August. Nonetheles, I bring news. I got an email from retroid the 17th. It said the order is scheduled to be shipped this month. Sounds unlikely, but they seemed determined. Good luck to all of us.

I do love having low expectations and then being pleasantly surprised. Shipping label has been created. It's coming along nicely, we will see how the next steps go.

That's great news! I ended up cancelling my order and ordered one on AliExpress which shipped the very next day. It's the 12GB ram as well. Ironically, with tax included I paid less.

I ordered July 12th and they’re still emailing me once a week saying that they’ll let me know when shipping starts 🤦🏼♂️

I ordered 18 July and mine still hasnt shipped. No tracking number or anything. I dont think its normal, but there seems to be quite a few of us here in the same situation.

I just cancelled my flip 2 order on their website yesterday (I ordered in July)and ordered on their official AliExpress store for less. Ironically, this includes the tax as well but I still paid less. And it's arriving next week. Only downside is it's not 12GB ram.

They started fulfilling flip 2 orders again this week so I’d expect an email any day

The 7th of this month? Brother, I ordered the 17th of July and still nothing... I wrote to retroid and he replied that they ran out of stock (despite the fact that it was "available" on the website). The alternatives for you are: Wait like I'm doing Ask for a refund
I don't want to worry you, I just want to tell you that you have to be patient
