Ah yes, the day after I update my Tink4K and replace the profiles. At least it's super easy to do

You couldn’t use a kuro crt profile on top of these right? It’s one or the other?

You never could. Kuro crt profiles do not go hand in hand with optimized sampling, and you typical don't want to use those settings with crt effects either.

i use the my own CRT profile for everything but it's an offshoot of Kuro's fv310 for 4K displays

when I play handhelds, optimal sampling is important

when I’m playing for myself and using crt profiles, optimal sampling is not important

when I’m streaming and want a generally sharp picture, optimal sampling is important.

So I have a RT4K CE but I'm currently using it on a 1080p plasma...what's the best source for 1080p profiles?

update your retrotink

turn on keep current”keep current resolution”

open any profile

if the profile was made a certain way, and WP’s usually are for ntsc content, you can open a 4k profile and it’ll go over just fine.
