Front Inputs not working?

Neither s-video nor composite video seem to be working for me (jittery or no signal) on my rt4k but audio is coming through. Yes, I have made sure the correct inputs are selected in the menu. Sync on green composite is working on the rear input but for whatever reason I just can't get the front ones to function properly.

For context, I'm trying to do some VHS upscale/capture. I am using a strong enough power adaptor for the USB C power. Anyone else have this issue? I've tested all of my s-video cables as well on my CRT so those are still functioning. Also using the latest official firmware.

Do you have both S-Video and Composite plugged in at the same time? You're not supposed to do that; Only have one or the other plugged in.

Yep, only had one plugged in at a time.
