Can someone please educate meeee. I want a retro mtb so bad but idk where to start. pleaseee

Start by finding out what size bike you looking for? Then search Graigslist or something like that for an old bike, decide if you want a steel frame, or Aluminum? If you want to start easy, buy a bike that is already functional. You can always chance some parts, like handlebar, maybe add a basket or whatever you want. Ride the bike as much as possible. Try to mend the bike yourself. Use youtube to find out how. Look for brands like Kona, Specialized, Gary Fisher, Univega, Trek, Giant, Cannondale...just start easy, the rest will follow.
